Ms. Lilian Okogi is a highly dedicated and results-driven professional who holds both a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Hospitality Management, each earned with distinction. She consistently demonstrated academic excellence in this field which earned her the award of the best graduating student at all levels of her tertiary studies. She possesses a strong academic foundation and a passion for excellence, bringing a balanced blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience to the hospitality industry.

She began her professional journey after completing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in 2018 at Dorben Polytechnic, Abuja, where she gained valuable early professional experience that shaped her career path. At Dorben Polytechnic, she offered lectures in courses in  Hospitality Management and contributed to the development of future industry professionals.

Over the years, she has built a solid career within the hospitality industry, working with several reputable hotels and apartments where she has acquired hands-on experience in operations, guest services, and service delivery. These experiences have reinforced her commitment to high service standards, operational efficiency, and exceptional guest satisfaction.
